About the meeting
At this meetup we'd like to discuss the real need of modern HR, what we do want to be enhanced and powered by AI and what is possible in reality and will be possible in the future. Another big topic is about bias in recruitment and HR field in general.
Implementing machine learning and artificial intelligence in the field of human resources involves both efforts and hard work of data engineers and HR experts. HR specialists are in the role of product owners and data scientists make their dreams come true making routine tasks magically automated.
At this meetup we'd like to gather both parties to discuss the real need of modern HR, what we do want to be enhanced and powered by AI and what is possible in reality and will be possible in the future. Another big topic is about bias in recruitment and HR field in general. Algorithms may help being more objective, that is true, but on the other hand - there's a risk of building biased algorithm from the beginning. Is it possible to escape from that danger?
We decided to make it in a more relaxed format, where we'll have two speaker's presentations and one panel session.
